My Geeks VIC is the Australia’s fastest growing IT service provider of on-site and online computer repair support and is looking to hire new independent contractors to satisfy customer demand. We work with self-employed IT professionals to provide timely, no hassle service to customers across the Australia in both suburban and rural areas.
Services includes repair of hardware and software, wireless and wired network set-up, virus and spyware prevention and removal, device setup (from Smart TVs to tablets), data backup and recovery solutions, and just about any other type of technology support customers require at their homes or offices.
About the opportunity:
We look to recruit more independent contractors around your area to help keep up with demand. We contract with hundreds of self-employed IT professionals across the Australia to complete our increasing demand for appointments. IT is also a great way for IT independent contractors to fill any gaps in their employment by contracting with us.
What you'll do?
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve each customer's issues using your knowledge, experience and judgment as to the best approach
- Build rapport and maximize customer satisfaction as you do with your own direct clients
- Provide follow-up support to customers if required What you'll need.
- A strong history of providing on-site technology support in both home and office environments over a variety of platforms (e.g. PC, Mac, iOS, Android, etc.)
- Great customer service skills: the ability to explain technical issues in “Common terms”
- Own reliable, well-maintained vehicle, State License, Own Insurance on vehicle.
- Your usual tool kit, troubleshooting equipment and parts inventory used in your own business.
- Taxpayer identification number
- ABN Number

- We offer online computer support services to consumers and small businesses. We offer monthly subscription plan which starts from$20-$50 a month. If you get any customer to choose our monthly services we will pay first month payment as incentive.
